Refund Policy

In-Store Skincare Product Refund Policy:

 

Your satisfaction is very important to us. If you’re not fully happy with a skincare product purchased in our studio, we’re here to help.

 

Return & Refund Eligibility

  • Returns are accepted within 14 days of purchase.

  • Products must be unopened, unused, and in their original packaging.

  • Please bring your original receipt or proof of purchase.

Non-Returnable Items

  • We cannot accept returns on any products that have been opened, used, or damaged after purchase due to hygiene and safety concerns.

  • Promotional or discounted items are final sale and not eligible for return.

 

Damaged Products

  • If you notice a product is damaged or defective, please bring it back to the studio within 48 hours of purchase. We’ll gladly exchange it or issue a refund.

 

How to Return

  • Simply bring the product and your receipt to our front desk, and our team will assist you with the return process.

Refund Policy for Services:

 

  • All skincare service sales are final.

    Because our treatments are customized and time-based, we are unable to offer refunds once a service has been performed.

  • Results May Vary.

    Every skin type responds differently to treatments. While we aim for visible improvement, we cannot guarantee specific results. We encourage open communication with your skincare specialist for the best outcome.

  • Rescheduling & Cancellations:

    We kindly ask for at least 24 hours’ notice if you need to cancel or reschedule. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee or forfeiture of a prepaid session.

  • Packages & Prepaid Sessions:

    Unused portions of prepaid service packages are non-refundable, but may be transferred or credited toward other services at our discretion.

 

 

Exceptions:

If you experienced an adverse reaction or were dissatisfied with your service, please reach out to us within 48 hours of your appointment. Our team will review your concern and do our best to make it right.
